We want you to feel confident purchasing from Selah Global Ministries. This policy explains how we handle refund requests for our digital products.
Products covered
This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Selah Global Ministries, including ebooks, downloadable guides, workbooks, and online learning resources such as the SHIFT Ebook + Couples Action Pack.
These products are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped or needs to be returned. Any different refund terms will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Our 7-day refund window
If a digital product is not right for you, contact us within seven calendar days of your purchase to request a full refund. You may request a refund even if you have downloaded the materials, opened the ebook, or started the online activities.
This refund window also applies to products purchased at a promotional or discounted price.
Duplicate charges and technical problems
After the seven-day window, we will still review requests involving duplicate charges or technical problems that prevent access to purchased content.
If you experience an access problem, contact us so we can help. If we cannot resolve a problem on our side that prevents us from delivering your purchase, we will provide a refund.
Verified duplicate charges will also be refunded.
How to request a refund
Email prayer@selahglobalministries.com with:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- The name of the product.
- A brief explanation of your request.
Please do not include your password, full payment card number, or private responses from an online workspace.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. For eligible requests, we refund the amount you paid for the product.
We will email you when your refund has been processed. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you have received a refund confirmation but the money has not appeared, check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us if you still need help.
Access after a refund
A full refund ends your right to use the refunded product and any online resources included with it. Online access to those resources will be removed.
Please delete downloaded copies and stop using any printed materials included with the refunded purchase. Access to other products you purchased and kept is unaffected.
Other types of purchases
Physical products, live events, personal services, and subscriptions are outside the scope of this digital-product policy. If offered, their return, cancellation, or billing terms will be provided before purchase.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under law.
